Job description:

We are looking for an electrical engineer to lead the development of low-power digital and analog circuits.

You will assist the CTO in the technical integrity of complex electronics hardware and ensure that the hardware meets all requirements and mission objectives.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electric / Electronic Engineering – must.
  • +3 years of experience in product characterization and circuit design – must.
  • Knowledge in microprocessors and their integration with communication modules and protocols (BLE, WiFi, LoRa, ZigBee, etc.) – must.
  • Knowledge with analog / digital systems – must.
  • Experience in PCB design – an advantage.
  • Hands-on lab experience – an advantage.

Enervibe is a growing startup in the field of Kinetic Energy Harvesting. We are working with a
wide range of technologies including Mechanical engineering, Hardware design, Embedded
systems, Tool development, and Machine Learning model development. We are seeking a
talented Embedded Engineer with solid experience to join our team.

About the opportunity:
As an Embedded Engineer at Enervibe, you will have the opportunity to design, develop,
and optimize embedded systems, where you will be tasked with balancing competing
priorities such as power consumption and accuracy, complex and efficient solutions versus
effortless and naive ones.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded systems, including developing and
    optimizing drivers such as ADC, DMA, and CLK.
  • Implementing efficient communication protocols such as SPI, UART, and BLE (BLE knowledge is a plus).
  • Collaborate with the mechanical engineering and hardware design teams to ensure the algorithms meet the requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient signal-processing algorithms.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of embedded systems to ensure they meet functional
    requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a
    related field (Electrical Engineering – advantage).
  • At least 5 years of experience in embedded systems development.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Python – advantage.
  • Experience with microcontrollers such as ARM.
  • Experience with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and BLE (BLE is a plus).
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks – advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
